Fugitive Recovery Capture Stories

Bountyhunting from home

I decided to post this one.  There are ways of actually capturing fugitives without having to go out in the field. It doesn’t happen often so I decided to post a recent example of this.

Basically, this guy skipped court because of his alleged Violation of Probation warrant.  I managed to contact him by phone and asked him what he wants to do about his warrants. He tells me he’s gonna turn himself in within 3 weeks. I said thats ok and to keep in contact with me till he does so. So he does and of course the day comes and he doesnt do what he promised he would. At the time xmas was like 4 weeks away.

Soooooo…… I begin to call his family members, mother of his child, friends, everyone. I also tell him if he doesnt turn himself in to have me some presents to open cause me and 3 other bountyhunters are coming to his mommas house early xmas morning. I also make a few other promises which I’m not gonna release…hehehhehe.  The next day he turned himself in…lol…

I would of made good on my promise to show up xmas morning too… he did the right thing and surrendered like a man – eventually. The total bond recovered was $5,000. There are many ways to capture someone, and in this case I captured him with my cell phone while watching Family Guy.  Sometimes people just need a push. Not all bondjumpers are bad people but people in bad situations.  On a side note he was released from custody BEFORE christmas.
