Fugitive Recovery Capture Stories

Viva la vegas!! Viva la fugitive recovery!!

Ok.. here we go again… This guy skipped his trial date for an alleged Grand Theft. Sometimes I think people jump the gun and get scared thinking they’re going to prison when they’re actually not.  So I begin investigating this guy and find out he’s a huge gambler. Him and his wife were actually regulars on the local casino boats in St. Petersburg and Tampa. Unfortunately, no one had seen them for a few weeks.

Through some tricks of the trade I manage to get the fugitive’s cell phone number. From there, I manage to track that cell phone to Las Vegas, NV. I also learn he’s self contracting himself as a painter. So we place a call to him and contract him for some supposed painting work… hehehhehe. We find a vacant house and give him the address.

At about 8am, a truck pullls up to the house and out steps the fugitive!!! Due to some prior record and some other issues, he’s taken down at gun point and cuffed.  He’s then taken to the airport and flown back to Tampa, FL. From there he was then returned to the Pinellas county jail. After returning, his Grand Theft charge was reduced to a misdemeanor and he’s given 2 year prohbation.  Total bond recovered was $10,000.
