In this fugitive’s case the Marshall had absolutely no leads and no one was snitching. I like when he questioned the ex-girlfriend. His first question to her was if the fugitive ever hit her. He’s trying to get her mad and maybe she’ll help. He seems to quickly realize that they guy is probably out of state. So he goes back and manages to come up with an associate who lives in Ohio. Good ol fashioned police work. Lots of surveillance and man hours went into this capture.
