Before I start I want to let my readers know I’m going to have videos of my arrests up here soon hopefully. Well this one was a doozy… just goes to show not only how stupid people are but how all common sense is thrown out the window when someones trying to get their next fix.
This was a bond revocation.. for those of you who don’t know what that is, it’s when the co-signer on the bond wishes to take their name off the bond and put the person back in jail. It’s meant to ONLY be used if the co-signer is fearing the person might skip court and leave them hanging to pay the bond money. Unfortunately, it’s used sometimes when a spiteful girl wants to get back at her boyfriend or vice versa, or the even more popular ex-mother in law vs. drunk ex-son in law.
For those who are new to the buisness or thinking of getting in be prepared to get drawn into people’s private lives. You’re gonna find yourself smack dab in the middle of domestic disputes and all kinds of family drama. You’ll also find yourself recieving death threats and constantly watch over your shoulder. If your not watching your back or getting death threats on a yearly basis your probably not catching any fugitives.
So… back to the story. The co-signer wanted to revoke this girls bond. I wait till she has court and go the courthouse and wait for her to finish up. As she’s leaving the courtroom I inform her who I am and that she’s under arrest. I get her out to the parking lot and ask her if she’s got anything illegal on her. I will let them ditch any small amounts of drugs. I’m not the police and don’t really care about drugs unless it’s a large amount and not personal use. Addicts need help and intervention more than jail.
So she says no and we proceed over to the Pinellas County Jail. When I pull into sally port (caged garage where police take criminals) and park and wait for the jail to call us in she decides to tell me she has crack in her pocket!! I give her hell, one what are you doing going to court with crack on you, two you dont even have a pipe to smoke it, three why didnt you tell me this earlier.
With a bunch of cop cars around and cameras every where there’s no ditching it for her. So I walk her in the jail and she begins to try to reach in her pockets and pull out the crack. I grab her hands and forcibly walk her into the jail. Shes not only charged with possession of crack but also having contraband in a county detention facility. Those are 2 added felonies..moron. total bond recovered was $2,000.
