Fugitive Recovery Capture Stories

It Is Always Best To Surrender Peacefully When You Jump Bond

Ok.. I’m gonna do these two captures differently. I respect people who tell the truth no matter what and these two fellas surrendered like men and made no excuses. Truth isn’t always a pretty thing but its the truth and you just have to deal with it sometimes. So because they surrendered like men, I’m not posting their pics.

Basically, as the story goes, both sons of one of our best clients skipped court at the same time. Mom claims she has no clue to where they are. But apparently one of her sons is facing a 3 year prison sentence so I can sympathize with her trying to protect them. But I have a job to do and its not a pleasant one.

Between the two of them they had charges ranging from VOPs to Felon in Possession of Firearm and Resisting Arrest with Violence. Besides murder and rape charges, those are the worst ones to deal with.  So I get a few tips and begin to follow them. One point I saw one of them go into a house a had a tip on.

I pounded on the door and no one would answer. So… I put my foot through it and kicked it open. The occupants FLIPPED out and said they could not hear me pounding on the front door for the past 3 mins. So I search and find nothing. He must have slipped out a window. The occupants claimed they didn’t know who I was looking for!!

So about 5 days later I set up surveillance up the street from the same place I kicked the door in at. I notice a black male who looked like one of my boys, so I drive up and pull around the side of the house. Another agent and I stayed tight to the wall and when we popped around the corner there was one of my targets! When he noticed me I was already 1 foot away from him with my taser out. He surrenders and gets down without any problems.

After the capture of his brother, the other brother quickly surrendered at the local jail within 10 mins of his brothers arrest!!  Total bonds recovered was $10,713
